Cet appartement classique bénéficie d’une situation enchanteresse, au-dessus d’un des plus beaux canaux de Venise, tout à côté de l’église et du couvent de l’Eremite et face à l’un des plus anciens et plus célèbres restaurants de la ville : « Locanda Montin ».
La Ca’ Canaletto sur le « Rio Delle Romite » (appelé parfois « Rio Dell’ Eremite », ce qui signifie canal de l’ermite) est spacieuse, bien agencée, décorée et meublée avec goût. Le séjour et la salle à manger surplombent le canal ; un deuxième séjour contient un canapé-lit double ; la cuisine est entièrement équipée ; il y a une chambre double avec une ensuite salle de bain contient une baignoire et une douche séparées et une autre chambre double avec lits jumeaux (qui peuvent être rassemblés si vous le demandez) sont très plaisantes, calmes et confortables, et donnent sur les jardins voisins. Il ya aussi une autre salle de bain avec la douche.
Paisible sans être isolé, l’appartement n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied du cœur de ce quartier vivant ; promenez-vous dans la délicieuse petite allée qui fait face à l’appartement, avec son petit autel illuminé, et qui débouche sans prévenir sur la Fondamenta Toletta, bordée de librairies, bars, glaciers, pizzeria, et où se trouve la petite terrasse de l’« Enoteca Ai Artisti » ainsi qu’un distributeur. Il est également tout près des délicieux restaurants de la Calle Lunga San Barnaba, qui mène au charmant Campo San Barnaba et à l’arrêt de vaporetto de Ca’ Rezzonico, tout à côté du musée d’art du 18ème siècle Ca’ Rezzonico, au bord du Grand Canal.

Accueil charmant et appartement plus grand que ce que nous pensions. Très propre, cuisine équipée avec juste assez pour faire un café, sel, poivre, sucre. La vue sur le petit canal est très sympathique et le quartier calme ce qui permet de se reposeplus

La vue sur le petit canal est très sympathique et le quartier calme ce qui permet de se reposer après la frénésie de la place Saint Marc. Facile d'accès entre Zattere et Ca Rezonicco. Je recommande chaleureusement cet appartement pour une famille de 4.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une jolie rue avec canal, calme. Il est proche de cafés, restaurants et boutiques très sympathiques. Il permet d'aller à pied à tous les points d'intérêts de Venise ou de prendre rapidement le vaporetto sur leplus

Seul bémol : la petite salle de bain manque un peu d'aération.

The apartment is very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, which made it great for sleeping. Location is convenient to the sights. Kitchen is decently stocked, worked well for cooking simple breakfasts (had salt and pepper). Views on Venice team is vplus

The refrigerator is a little precarious. A bottle of wine fell from the door rack and broke when we opened it. Not enough pots. We bought and left a small container to heat milk, and a small pot to boil an egg. A bread knife would be nice.

We love the location on a quiet canal, with windows looking out on it. First floor, so not too many steps to climb, but also not on ground floor in case of acqua alta. Very clean, very well maintained. This is our 3rd time staying in this apartmenplus

Very clean, very well maintained. This is our 3rd time staying in this apartment, each several years apart. It feels like home to us in Venice. Very close to San Barnaba, also convenient to Zattere, Santa Margarita, Accademia. Dorsoduro is our favorite part of the city. Service is excellent, very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the water taxi just around the corner.

L’appartement est grand, confortable, très clair et sa situation le long d’un joli canal. Les commerces sont proches et la place Margherita très animée sans perturber l’environnement qui est très calme de jour comme de nuit.

La cuisine est bien équipée. La chambre principale est vaste avec sa grande salle de bain. Les tables de nuit avec leurs tiroirs sont très pratiques et il y a de grands rangements pour les vêtements. La deuxième chambre est un peu petite mais bien aménagée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans cet appartement et les intervenants de Views on Venice sont efficaces et très agréables. |

My family had a great time during our vacation in Venice. The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable with canal views. It is located on a quiet canal, within walking distance of many small restaurants and also pastry shops where you can get a coffee and a small bite for breakfast. Location is perfect for exploring and gives you the feeling of being a local. Bathrooms functioned well (1 shower is small, but we are all 6' tall. We did not use the kitchen but everything seemed to be in order there.)
Communications were great with everyone after we booked. Directions were accurate, and they responded quickly to all of our inquiries. They even booked us a water taxi from the train station to a spot very close to the apartment where their representative met us and walked us to the apartment. There is an informative guide book they have put together to help find restaurants and all the tourist sights. My family and I highly recommend this apartment and the Views on Venice company in general. We will definitely re-book on our next visit to this great city. |

This is the second time we have stayed in this building having spent a month in the upper apartment six years ago. We love the location, particularly how close it is to the vaporetto stop (number 1 and Alilaguna), San Barnaba (Oniga restaurant, Senor Blum and the wine bar) and the Zattere (for walks). The apartment was generally comfortable, warm in winter and spacious for four adults but would not have been big enough for six. The entrance hall had been improved greatly since our last stay. The Views on Venice staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. |

It would be good if wooly covers could be replaced by duvets.

Ca Canaletto is in a brilliant position and is a lovely light airy well equipped apartment. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms and kitchen are very well laid out. The sitting and dining areas are particularly attractive facing onto the cplus

The sitting and dining areas are particularly attractive facing onto the canal. The service from Views on Venice when we arrived and left the apartment was exemplary. Our only reservation was the entrance to the flat which was a bit rough and ready as the ground floor is in the process of being converted into another flat. It was perfectly safe and we were not affected by building work but it was a bit unattractive. We have already booked a different flat with views on Venice for next year. We are very impressed indeed with the company and their staff.

We found Views on Venice generally excellent, particularly when we were in Venice. We loved our apartment and found the booklet on the apartment and things to do in Venice extremely helpful. The shopping and restaurant recommendations were reliable. plus
We found Views on Venice generally excellent, particularly when we were in Venice. We loved our apartment and found the booklet on the apartment and things to do in Venice extremely helpful. The shopping and restaurant recommendations were reliable. There were some slight glitches with the booking system - pages and functions not loading properly. However, such issues were dealt with promptly by Views on Venice staff. We would book an apartment using Views on Venice again.

Have to say all was great! Was met on the canel side and walked to apartment where everything was well explained, was clean and tidy. When we booked a water taxi return to the airport views on venice organised everything for me with no hassles. I woplus

I would defiantly recommend Venice and most defiantly would book again with views on venice.

We enjoyed the views from the windows, the location was exactly what we were looking for (convenient but quiet). The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The only thing that was lacking were pillow cases for the spare pillows. We definately woulplus
