In un graziosa 'casetta' affacciata sull'acqua - un appartamento con 2 camere da letto/2 bagni recentemente ristrutturato e ben arredato per quattro persone vicino alla Chiesa dei Frari, nel quartiere di San Polo. Un allegro raggio di sole al primo piano con vista sul 'Rio di San Polo' e un ponte sul quale gondolieri in camicia a righe passano la giornata ad esercitare il loro antico mestiere, la calda e accogliente Ca’ Dei Nomboli offre confort ed eleganza nel suo interno spazioso.
Elegantemente proposto con macchie di colore, l’alloggio è composto da una zona di grandi dimensioni e semi-aperta di soggiorno/sala da pranzo decorata e arredata in un cocktail di frutta tropicale di 'mandarino' brioso, 'pompelmo rosa' gustoso, lime succoso e mango succulento è dotato di due alte finestre con balaustre decorative e vista sul canale. La cucina moderna con un piccolo bar per la colazione sul retro è ben attrezzata e progettata per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio a disposizione e, come il resto dell'appartamento (esclusi i bagni), ha splendidi pavimenti in parquet che accentuando la sensazione generale di qualità e l'aggiunta di un pizzico di fascino d'epoca, mentre l'aria condizionata dappertutto, la connessione internet Wi-Fi e la lavanderia con lavatrice al piano terra, aggiungono confort e comodità al vostro soggiorno.
In contrasto con i toni energizzanti della zona giorno principale si trovano due camere da letto doppie belle come un quadro, arredate in rilassanti e morbide strisce blu e bianche mare che ricordano le pigre giornate trascorse in spiaggia - quella sul retro della casa con un bel bagno contiguo con doccia e l'altra affacciata sul canale di fronte e anch’essa con il proprio bagno altrettanto elegante con vasca e doccia – entrambe con letto matrimoniale che può essere trasformato in letti gemelli a richiesta.
IL NOSTRO COMMENTO
Un caleidoscopio audace e rinfrescante di colore in una posizione brillante per esplorare la città! Molto ben situato tra la zona di Rialto, a nord (con i suoi famosi mercati alimentari e il labirinto di vicoli) e il sestiere di Dorsoduro a sud (con la sue vaste 'fondamente', negozi di antiquariato e gallerie) e a solo due minuti a piedi dalla trecentesca Chiesa dei Frari, il Campo San Polo e la Scuola Grande di San Rocco con i suoi sbalorditivi Tintoretto. A due passi da un ben fornito supermercato 'Billa' e una vasta gamma di ristoranti per mangiare in loco e per asporto, ad un tiro di schioppo dalla fermata del vaporetto e 'Traghetto' gondola di San Toma sul Canal Grande - ideale per attraversare (durante l’orario di servizio) ed andare alle attrazioni 'da non perdere' del quartiere di San Marco e non solo.
Per gli arrivi tra le ore 20 e mezzanotte è previsto un costo aggiuntivo per “arrivo tardivo” di euro 50, da pagare in contanti al momento dell'arrivo. Organizziamo arrivi tra mezzanotte e l’una con un costo aggiuntivo di euro 100, oltre tale orario Views on Venice si riserva la facoltà di accettare il cliente sempre con un supplemento da quantificare in base all’orario di arrivo.

Mario was so helpful during our check-in with suggestions and also provided assistance with securing our arrival and departure water taxis.

The apartment was really comfortable (great beds in 'equal' bedrooms, sofas etc) and with everything on one floor it made it very easy to live in. It was also extremely warm - a great treat in January!

This is the second time we have rented C'a Dei Nomboli and if we came back to Venice we would rent it again. I just have a couple of constructive criticisms: maybe some bigger, squashier cushions for the sofas would give an extra level of comfort and "eye appeal", and I think the coffe tables leave something to be desired - one of them is distinctly wobbly. I realise that these are minor things, but you have asked for my feedback and I have given it. Hope to travel with you again if/when we return to Venice.

The apartment is absolutely immaculate, beautifully renovated, and in a perfect location - both convenient to everything, yet far enough way from the tourist hordes so that you feel like you are in the "real Venice". (The fact that you are overlooking a picture-perfect canal is just icing on the cake.) We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived, checking in could not have been simpler, and everything was well-maintained and in perfect working order. If you're lucky enough that this property is available while you're in Venice, grab it!

The staff were attentive and responsive. All our requests and needs were met. Loved the location and the surrounding area. Convenient shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment and Views of Venice. If I am so fortunate as to return to Venice, I would not hesitate renting through Views of Venice again. The apartment made our stay all that much more enjoyable.

We have stayed in apartments in Europe a number of times, including four prior times in Italy. This was a return trip to Venice for us, and we shared the apartment with another couple. This was the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in! The layout is perfect for two couples, the furnishings were lovely, seating was very comfortable (which has not been the case with several other apartments we have rented), and the location was great! Cristina was very helpful, both upon welcome and for departure. We couldn't think of anything we would change, and highly recommend both the apartment and the services of Views on Venice!

I am so happy that I chose this apartment and Views on Venice, and will recommend you highly to others. We loved the location on San Polo, it was perfect for us. Venice was so beautiful and full of surprises. We loved the food at the places Christina suggested to us, and overall we were just enchanted with Venice. I even spent one afternoon just relaxing in the apartment listening to the sounds of Venice from the canal outside, to the birds echoing between the buildings and it was one of my best memories of Italy. Thank you!

CA' DEI NOMBOLI was beyond our expectations! We opened the door and it was "WOW!" Spotlessly clean, almost brand new and very generous in space. The apartment has great style and is very comfortable for 2 couples. We were surprised at how well it was located, easy walking distance to the Vaporetto, some great restaurants, the Rialto Bridge district and Academia. With cross flow ventilation and windows opening to a canal, what more could you ask for? We unreservedly recommend it as a great place to stay.

The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows which are often lacking in other rentals. A staff member met us at the taxi dock when we arrived and escorted us to the taxi dock, as well as arranging the taxi, on the day we left. The staff working for Views on Venice (Marta and Valentina) are wonderful !!!
