Occupying a fabulous spot right above the buzzing Riva Degli Schiavoni waterfront between St. Mark’s Square and the Arsenale/Biennale pavilions in the district of Castello, and sharing the long, wide and often sunny promenade with a host of well-known Venice hotels, the newly introduced Ca’ Del Santo sleeps four in comfort on the 4th (top) floor reached by lift.
Moments from the magnificent Church of La Pietà and, for Venice aficionados and foodies, literally steps away from the highly acclaimed Ristorante Al Covo, the apartment is spacious, contemporary and simplicity itself.
Warm cosy wood sets the scene, while accommodation comprises an attractive sitting room with plenty of seating, a desk area, air-conditioning** and glazed doors opening on to the fabulous south-facing furnished terrace; a dining room seating six leading to a compact yet well-equipped kitchen; a simple double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a French-size bed, and a roomy second bedroom with 2 singles.
The shower room sits just off the sitting room, while the bathroom* next to the double bedroom is decked out entirely in wood and has a small spa bathtub.
A washing machine is also available for added convenience.
*A point on privacy - please bear in mind that this bathroom is only accessible via the double bedroom

A simply styled apartment with an incredible view!
Gaze across the boat-traversed waters of the Bacino di San Marco, taking in a jaw-dropping outlook that stretches all the way from leafy Giardini and the Lido to the east, across to the domes of Santa Maria Della Salute and St. Mark’s Campanile to the west, and the islands of San Giorgio Maggiore and Giudecca to the fore.
Within walking distance of all the world-famous sights of St. Mark’s Square and the San Marco district or, in fascinating contrast, to the beguilingly sleepy backwaters of Castello with its traditional neighbourhood vibe.
A super base to pop back to for a break during the day, and only moments and one bridge away from the vaporetto (water bus) stop at Arsenale for easy travel around the city and to the Lido.
Also handy for the Alilaguna boat stop connecting Arsenale with Venice’s Marco Polo Airport.

Wonderful elevator. All instructions are very clear and specific. Loved the room sizes.

This is our second time renting through VoV and their service is always excellent, from welcoming us in person to helping us arrange water taxis for our departure. The VoV staff and this apartment are both fantastic. The deck is bigger than it looks in the pictures. And, even if you're not into classical music, you'll be impressed with the the collection of CDs (perhaps 100??). Awesome place.

I first fell in love with Venezia at the age of 9 when travelling with my parents. Since then I've been fortunate to return about 8-10 times, the last being with my son, his wife, and my grandson. We chose Ca' Del Santo because of its location away from the crowds and the fabulous terrace. Everything was exceptional, from organizing our arrival and departure to arranging water taxis during our stay, etc. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs - no surprises. I'll never forget my 70th birthday celebration, sipping prosecco on the Ca' Del Santo terrace while watching boats of all shapes and sizes zipping back and forth. I'll be back!

Ca' Del Santo was everything we hoped it would be and more! The four nights we spent there were absolutely wonderful. The location made accessing all of the major sites easy, and the lift was a welcome luxury after a long day of exploring. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was perfectly sized for the three of us - but would easily accommodate a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and after a quick trip to the market, we settled in and enjoyed cooking a few meals together. The best part of the apartment, though, is the private terrace. The views are simply breathtaking! It was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and unwind with a glass of wine at night. The only slight hiccups we experienced were a tiny error in where our water taxi driver dropped us off. However it was but a few minutes wait before Daniella rang, determined where we were and escorted us to the apartment. Her service in checking us in was phenomenal! She went over everything - ensuring that we knew how to operate all of the appliances and provided fantastic recommendations, tailored to the age ranges of my older teenage sons. The other item was a small miscommunication at checkout, but again - it was quickly remedied and presented no significant inconvenience. Everyone on staff with Views on Venice is exceedingly kind and accommodating. The service provided is unparalleled. There is no one else I would ever use nor recommend! This is our second time using the company and we will definitely be back. You offer a personal touch that is special and I can not thank you enough for all that you did to ensure an unforgettable trip for me and my sons! Sincerely.

Nous avons été bien accueillis et le fonctionnement nous a été parfaitement expliqué dans les détails. La procédure de check out a été aussi bonne. VOV a été très sympathique en donnant suite à nos demandes: nous avons accéder à l’appartement rapidement car notre avion arrivait tôt le matin, une machine a café a été achetée comme nous l’avions demandé. C’est la 2e fois que je loue un appartement à VOV et je serai très heureux de refaire cette expérience. Les appartement sont bien choisis, en bon état, bien situé. Merci à toute l’équipe de VOV et à bientôt.
