OUR COMMENT A fabulous Grand Canal apartment majoring on quiet luxury and its great location and offering exceptional views extending all the way from the Palazzo Grassi Museum of Modern Art to the left, to the Accademia Bridge (beside our office) to the right, with VOV / Dimora Italia’s Palazzo Cerchieri right next door! Within a stone’s throw of an excellent variety of interesting small shops, traditional bars and restaurants typical of Dorsoduro, including the canal-side Osteria Enoteca Ai Artisti, Ristorante Bakaro, Oniga, Osteria Alla Bifora, Ca’ Del Vento and Osteria Ai Pugni to name but a few… not forgetting the locals’ favourite Cantinone Gia Schiavi-Al Bottegon for super cicheti and Bar Alla Toletta for some of the tastiest tramezzini in own!
